You want a SAPI armor with class 3 neck and shoulder armor. The osprey protection is the best I do think, but the gen4 assault is really good as well. I use the gen4 assault personally for camo reasons.

zhuk6 is great for mobility

gen4 full protection is great for being a juggernaut

but... those two ain't cheap.

That’s a question with lots of different answers, you should look up YouTube videos from people like gigabeef and jdogthewise. They make videos helping newbies understand what gear they can buy and what is actually viable.

Spo the way ping restriction works as far as im aware. If you ping stays STABLE under 200 you can play the region if it fluxuates frequiently you will be disconnected due to unstable connection

What's a good cheap beginner sniper? All traders lvl 1 and Jaeger just unlocked, so I think I'm between Mosin and not sure of what Jaeger has that's an actual sniper (MP-18 and VPO-215?)

I picked up a sniper rifle in raid and thought it was pretty fun, I liked being able to pick people off at mid-long range easier
