The trick is waiting until the very end of the raid if you're struggling. Learn the map and the extracts well. I have run maybe 7-8 scav raids on Streets, ran the EXACT same route to the same extract and same loot, 2 LEDX, marked room keys, etc. Never been killed because I wait until the last 10 or so minutes to run to get out

tac30 VUDU are usually my go to though

BAVO 04 is a nice 4X and you can slap a little red dot on top of it if you really want zoom capabilities, like 30-40K last i checked

I strictly run gen4 assaults, but then again my loadout costs over 1 mill roubles.
For budget the uley is a no brainer. It's class 4 across the entire front body, no other armor has that level of class 4 coverage. It doesn't quite take advantage of the new bugs/features of the armor system, but it's still a very good armor.

It makes general sound effects sharper in game and helps a little bit with the traditional tarkov problem of directional sound. It has a profile where it allows to modulate finer sounds and in tarkov being able to listen to sound steps first can make a lot of difference.

@final quiver this is the loadout that I'm currently running. Main gun will depend a bit on what sort of ammo I have gotten my hands on.

@final quiver I am a very rare breed to find though. You'll not run into a lot of people playing like I do.
Easiest way to tell is the backup thermal, with 3 smoke grenades. Then you know that something a bit out of the ordinary is going on. I bet most of you guys have never even seen anyone use a smoke grenade.

If you run into me... your only hope is to run the hell away before it's too late.

I very rarely get into actual firefights where I get shot, so I don't really worry about meds at all. I just bring the minimum and so far that's always been enough. Never ran out of meds.

So unless you're deliberatly aiming for something similar, there's almost no real point in trying to copy what I'm doing, as it's all so "quirky". Nothing on my body is there without a LARGE amount of back thought. Everything down to what food I bring I have dialied down.
Not random that I have 4 bullets in the MP5, not random that I have no melee. And that i don't have a larger backpack.
