Quest raids are just that. Do the quest don't loot and avoid PVP.

Loot raids are for money, and PVP raids are for PVP.

Keep them all seperate.

I think you should be save to sell them. If you ever need some for your hideout you can simply buy them of the flea market (once you hit 15). There are some quests that require figurines at ragman but realistically you will only reach those at around level 30. If you are not close to that, go make some roubles 😄

In case of flashlights that is pretty simple: As long as your guns has some rails on the front (either top, bottom, left, right) basically all flashlights should fit on there. They will however require an adapter. You can find the adapters specific for the flashlight by pressing right mouse on the flashlight and then selected find linked items.

If you want to check against the weapon you want to use i would suggest to pess edit preset on the weapon and then try to find one of the matching adapters that way. (You will need a workbench in your hideout for that)

woods,reserve,lh is the best for ammo and every ammo spawns on ammo spawns not only russian one it's just that its more common

An bullet with higher pen is usually better, unless damage starts dipping below 37 or so at which point it will struggle to one tap in the head
