Depends what you have access to? Makeshift .50 bmg will one tap torso up to lvl 3 armor, and is good for the long range you will encounter on customs. If you have jaeger lvl2 then you can get piranha, which is slightly worse flechette but still good

ibuprofen has the most uses, goldenstar has the best perks and plenty of uses, vas is normal but kinda overpriced, and stims are single use so not great unless you have injector case. i would recommend buying goldenstars now since theyre below 100k (theyre worth 100k realistically) and when theyre low uses left you can craft them into propitols later

go on the new map, go to the building with the smaller LMG and just loot all the CPUs and RAM and shi and Evac {if ur lucky u might get a GPU}

I loot afaks and Ifaks fairly commonly and surv kits are like 40-70k so if I find some 1x1s or 1x2s worth a lot I take my meds out and throw valuables in, so if I die I lose less money overall
