Some good places to check are the underground warehouses on reserve, the industrial portion of customs and the abandoned factory part of streets all are pretty dense with those kind of spawns

Reserves underground warehouses only has like 1 or 2 toolboxes directly exposed but if you have all four keys which aren’t super pricy you can find like 12 ration crates, 12 medical crates and 12 technical crates

Ah yeah the gunsmith quest. Well, just work on a different quest. You'll eventually find a 60 rounder in a weapon box or something. Nothing's really locked behind gunsmith quests besides other gunsmith quests

yes its a rough pen chance, it goes by armour class and armour durability on its approx pen chance with some rounds being completely unable to first shot pen, certain materials will break down quicker than others and also repair better or worse than others

Hey - who should I let know about a reproducable, massively game changing performance uplift for Streets, reserve and Ground zero?

TL:DR - set page file to exactly 32GB (or higher i guess) and you will notice massively increased performance, reduced stuttering and gameplay smoothness increase on an SSD (I'm guessing nvme being the best, its what im using)

I was getting out of memory errors (unable to reconnect to existing raids) and constantly crashing, despite having 32GB of DDR4 3600 MHz RAM and a 1TB SSD, 3080 Ti and 5800X3D

My average frame rate has increased by 15% and my 1% lows are around 20% better.

For example, I've got 4/10 wires but they're taking up space in the main stash

when you get an item for a quest and extract with it you can transfer it there instead of turning it in for the trader, you should just turn in the item to the trader

If you are skier 2, you can upgrade the stock. Add a pilau grip. Use US ammo for much lower recoil, but PS and PP is fine. It's already a good build mate. Very low recoil by default.

scav runs aren't fast because its early wipe

pmc runs youll be able to find in 5-10 minutes

depending on the map. Scav runs may just time out and never load in
