very situational. I would say try to move around so that you can create opportunities to kill them but also you need to learn to hold some angles. Also use your scroll wheel to adjust walking speed. makes less noise

last wipe i got to 70mill just from playing, so you dont NEED to focus on doing specific money routes if ur living enough just playing the game, that said if youre struggling with money theres nothing wrong with money routes either
