hello, this is my first wipe and I've spent the couple months I've had the game trying to learn it and build up wealth. I was wondering if anyone would want to run labs with me so that I can try to learn the map a little, since wipe is almost over I figure whatever I lose doesn't really matter

the best way to get money is finding a map you like, getting comfortable with it, and looting. labs isnt going to be the place. it does have high tier loot but only if you have keycards. labs is more for PVP really and grabbing another kit or two. thats if you live.

yeah, there's a massive learning curve to the game. unfortunately, while it is an fps, it punishes you 200x harder than any other fps. it takes a lot longer before you'll find you're consistently winning in this game

I.. I never recommend people to run raids to learn things. You first have to understand the principles, and then practice them in-raid. Learning through trial and error is far from the most effective.

this is my 3rd wipe. my first wipe i barely had any scav kills on my PMC, probably about 5, and no PMC kills at all. 2nd wasnt much better. and this 3rd wipe im almost level 50, with almost 415 PMC kills, over 3k kills overall. i have the money to get whatever armor i want, make whatever i want, buy whatever attatchments i want. also - when you get that far, you should have MOST quests done that get you attatchments from traders.

like that side mounted foregrip everyone loves i buy for 45k each. whereas a found-in-raid one goes for on average 145k. or the 7.62 QDC muzzle brake thats used for the meta suppressor i buy for about 10k when it goes on the flea for anywhere from 100-250k just for that brake.

the shit part is sometimes you just need to get stuff on flea. but thats also how you get money - you'll realize that selling this suppressor or that sight or that handgrip will allow you to purchase several parts of a weapon build and still come out with a profit. and eventually its hard to even go below 10-20 mil roubles even playing match after match after match. i spent most time my first 2 wipes barely even being able to play my PMC cus i had no money or weapons and wondered how im supposed to actually play LMAO

oh yeah. thats the hardest part - learning every inch of the map so that when ur in a firefight u know what angle to get, where they can get, where theyre most LIKELY to get an angle on you, and how you can rotate/retreat if you need to.
