for a beginner the way i did is play a lot of scav and extract

every scav extract gives you 0.02 rep

the minimum kit i would be running is an m32 headset [Skier LL1],
a 6B5-16 Armored Rig [Ragman LL1] or if sold out a Kora-Kulon [Also Ragman LL1].
Use whatever gun you prefer, some decent ones are:
SKS [Prapor LL1]: use with PS ammo you can find on scavs
OP-SKS [Jaeger LL1] with a Dovetail Kobra sight [Prapor LL1]: use with PS ammo you can find on scavs
Mosin [Prapor LL1]: Use with FMJ ammo

fence rep you can gain by successfully extracting as a scav (0.01 rep), killing pmcs as a scav or killing traitor scavs(0.03 usually) or extracting as a PMC using car extracts (0.4, diminishing every time you do it)

@keen drum whenever a class 4 armor reaches 32% durability, it's armor class is effectively reduced to class 3, so a 32% class 4 acts as if it was a class 3.
For class 5 the number is 40% class 6 at 44%

best thing you guys can do spend ur first 3-4 hours of gameplay in factory on practice mode, get used to the aiming mechancis they are way different then any other FPS you have ever played

Hey so what are some tips to get early quests done? Im level 7 (I know im starting really late this wipe) I have about 240 hours on the game but I still struggle with using my raids effectively for quests. I do look at some charts to know what items to save and all but so far Ive only done Debut, Search mission, Shortage, Sanitary standards, Introduction, survivalists path unprotected and acquaintence done

Also should I maybe do minimal gear runs for just the quest? or should I run actaul kits and try to loot as well
