it's easiest to make them yourself, because it teaches you more about all the mods, and you can see the stats change in real time

go to presets menu and open the preset for any gun in the game

then towards bottom left there's a little white box, expand that menu

The alpha container is the smallest one, there is a variety of ways to get a larger one

The next largest is the beta which you can get by either purchasing the prepare to escape edition of tarkov or bartering for it at peacekeeper 2, it has a 3x2 instead of a 2x2

The barter is very expensive though

1 tank battery 5 mcables and 3 virtexs

The next largest is the epsilon which is a 4x2 which is obtained after completing the prapor task “The Punisher - Part 6”

The next largest is the gamma which is a 3x3, it can only be obtained by purchasing the edge of darkness edition of the game and is the only one you must pay to obtain

And the largest is the kappa container which is a 3x4, it requires an immense amount of effort in order to obtain

Okay, I just got this game this morning, AFTER watching like 100 hours of gameplay on YT but there are some fundamental aspects that I feel were glossed over or not covered at all. Like, I assumed I understood the basic gameplay loop and just needed to get skilled at the shooting part, but now that I'm in the game it is clear that I am wrong on that. Like, there's no map??? how the hell do I find the extract without a map? But before I can even address that point, my first PMC raid, I spawned in, tried to check the map, discovered I don't have a map, so I took 3 or 4 steps in a random direction, and died to a sniper. My first raid was 6 seconds. How is a new player supposed to do anything about that? Also why can I not do another raid? My PMC guy is all fucked up and has no health so I can't do more raids? How do I heal?

Use your Scavenger whenever it's off-cooldown, use it to learn how traffic works, how to exfil

Keep in mind, Scavengers have karma with fence - so if you don't want to lose reputation, be stingy with your trigger finger unless you know it's a PMC you're shooting

Customs will be your starting tasks, kind of hard, but you'll want to learn it first generally

Use the wiki to see were the spots exactly are (https://escapefromtarkov.fandom.com/wiki/Signal_-_Part_1) then do some scav runs, were you try to locate the spots and get a general understand of the map, after you understand (roughly) the maps layout, try to do it as pmc. As pmc always remember, that you don't need to be the first to get quests done, often it is better to be there late.

just focus on 1 or 2 quests at a time and youll get things done eventually

thats not that abnormal for a very new play, its good to have some context in the game and manage expectations. You have to be very good at the game to even reach a 50% survival rate (survival rat obvious depends on play style, but you get the point).
The honest question is, do you manage to extract from raids, do you know were you spawn and how to get to extract already?

offline raids are a thing, you gain nothing but also lose nothing. use it to familiarize with the map first, then go online. when i first got the game i would spend atleast 2-3 raids trying to get a gist of where i was and where i need to go to do quests

then itll be easy after you get a route memorized

Basically, Tarkov has 3 fundamentals.

1. Navigating the map and extracting.
2. Fighting.
3. Looting.
   If you are new the most important step is to learn 1, there is no point in trying focus on 2 or 3, if you can't do 1.
   Your goal should be to spawn and navigate to an extract. If you manage to do that you are already winning.
   To help with that you should open a map for the map you are running on your second monitor (or phone), best are interactive maps that you can find on the tarkov wiki.
   Just walking around the map will be already very deadly as pmc, but your goal is to play pmc as often as you can. Since the end goal is to be able to do quests as pmc.
   So you should alternate between playing scav and pmc and use the scav gear on your pmc until you can do point 1.

I recommend playing woods or/and customs as your first maps. Woods is the easiest map in the entire game, the only thing about Woods is understanding were you spawned, if you mastered that, you are on a good way to master the map.
Customs is on the other hand is a lot easier to navigate but has more narrowing's on the map, making pvp more likely.
Woods is harder to navigate but easier to survive while customs is easier to navigate but harder to survive.

Just remember your goal should be extracting, thats the goal, not looting x houses or kill x amount of scavs. If on your way to the extract you find some loot take it, but it is not your goal.

No. You should get it. If you upgraded your account you should get it per massage. Check out your profile on the website, if you have to "activate/claime" it there, but for technical questions #community-support is better.

Kinda hard to get you a pinpoint good build if u have low traders, just go edit preset and experiment. Id recommend getting workbench if u dont have it yet
