15-15, because think about repacking your mags in game, you probably won't repack 3-3-3, but just refile the good ammo.
Also, lets say you have a 30 shot mag and do 3-3-3, so 10-10-10 over all. You could just do 10-10-10 and in a fire fight you want as much of your best ammo and not 3 "bad" shots in between.
You want to 1-tap scavs anyway and not spray them down, so you will spend the good ammo for the scav 1-taps if you pack 15-15, 10-10-10 or 3-3-3, since the top ammo will always be your good ammo.

For pvp = as much good ammo as possible, for scav 1-taps, and that will be the good ammo anyway, since it will be your top ammo

if you are seriously concerned about spending good ammo on scavs, you can load 1-Mag with "bad" ammo and tag it in your rick and then if you have the time, switch to that mag, kill the sacv then switch back to the good mags. But again thats sub-optimal.

Also, your chambered round will always be your good ammo, even if you switch mags.

so as long as you one-tap the savs, even that will not "save" you good ammo

3 story dorms on customs, second floor, room 205, brown jacket on right side of wall. Put it into your case incase you die. Only usable once so if you use it and then die you will need to get it again from the same location in another run.

scav karma at a glance basically just means your scav will spawn with better base loot / gear for you to run on it with, the higher your scav karma -rep- the better the gear / look it can spawn with

idk how / if it affects boss aggro on your scav though

you can just not heal broken limbs between raids

can confirm, if u close ur game long enough on the scav transfer screen, u respawn with the stuff you didn't transfer

particularly useful if you have a red flare u want to pop in another raid
