What Floppa pointed out. And you are using an optic that is so narrow, it hinders your tracking. You are not using nvg's in a night raid. You clipped a bush making extra noise. Your gun is not modded to suppress the mussel-flash, also hindering tracking. Your gun has high recoil, because its only very (?) basic mods.

scav as soon as your timer is available is a good bit of extra money too. Maps like reserve have great scav evacs and a lot of filling cabinets which makes good money.
When I scav reserve I usually hit white and black knight for the cabinets and jackets, then queen cabinets, under the podium of queen for rare spawn, building north of queen for cabinets, building outside dome has 2 sets of cabinets and then checkpoint fence to extract has a building nearby with 2 cabinets. I usually do them at night and often come out pretty stacked. \

• bring cheap, use cheap
• PMC raids are meant for tasks and missions, so focus on the task, not the loot.

unfortunately i dont know of any good ones. try to notice where you spawn when you play a map and understand that people will spawn in those places and travel to the other side of the map
