u just use landmarks to orient yourself, dont need compass anywhere if you know

shoreline has main road/ocean and resort/dome for easy orientation
woods has mines, north mountin, sniper rock, and factory for easy orientation

injector is by far the most useful reward to get, but depending on prices you can go for prapor and sell an ammo box and buy an injector
skiers is basically never worth it, unless you really cant sacrifice the rep for them (non EoD problems)
skiers rep regain quest is also by far the most costly, 1 mil roubles (not required tho unless you need the rep), while therapist requires non found in raid keys and prapor requires non found in raid grenades

Before update i used to stream and record and never had any issues either. I dont think i would be able to no when im only on one screen playing tarky and it still crashes
