but if ur repairing constantly it doesnt come into effect

you have to put a siderail on the handguard, you right click on the handguard "AKM-L" and then search linked items and then take one of the short rails

If you repair your weapon a lot, repairing it with mechanic yields much better results

The more you repair the bigger the mechanic advantage over other traders or a kit

Yea, the repair quality equals the durability you get out of it. Therefore multiple repairs with better quality stack up more than a single one

Okay, good. Most raiders wear something between t3 to t4, in edge cases it goes down to t2 and up to t6. So you could struggel, but there is always the chance that raiders don't spawn or are already dead. My advice is, spend some time abouve ground looting around, and only going bunker after the inital rush there is already over.

this game doesnt tell you what to do, you gotta find your own online maps to use, you gotta use the wiki to know how to do quests and generally youre pretty much on your own to figure out anything in this super complex game i recomend watching youtube guides and reading the wiki from time to time

Basically, Tarkov has 3 fundamentals.

1. Navigating the map and extracting.
2. Fighting.
3. Looting.
   If you are new the most important step is to learn 1, there is no point in trying focus on 2 or 3, if you can't do 1.
   Your goal should be to spawn and navigate to an extract. If you manage to do that you are already winning.
   To help with that you should open a map for the map you are running on your second monitor (or phone), best are interactive maps that you can find on the tarkov wiki.
   Just walking around the map will be already very deadly as pmc, but your goal is to play pmc as often as you can.
   So you should alternate between playing scav and pmc and use the scav gear on your pmc until you can do point 1.

I recomend playing woods or/and customs as your first maps. Woods is the easiest map in the entire game, the only thing about Woods is understand were you spawned, if you mastered that, you are on a good way to master the map.
Customs is on the other hand a lot easier to navigate but has more narrowing's on the map, making pvp more likely (as in on customs you will problely run into more other people)

getting killed is very normal in this game, you have to be very experienced to reach a 50% survival rate as pmc. If you have 1 extract for 2 deaths, you are already on a good way.

If you have problem locating the note, just play a bit as scav on woods and try to learn the map like that. Try to alternate between Scav and Pmc, loot gear as Scav and then use that on your Pmc.
Don't try to force every quest on the absolute minimum of gear and barley taking any medical supplies into raid.

Then you want to make quests that lead to more quests. As an example "Shootout Picnic" has no follow up quest, but you need to do "Delivery From the Past" to get more quest from Prapor. Google "Tarkov Quest Tree".

Is all about choosing the right ammo and understand why you chose that ammo.

Lets say you do it with the vpo-215 (the cheapst bolt action), and you take the TKM FMJ ammo. Then you have 98 dmg on thorax, meaning you can 1-Tap somebody with a thorax hit. But you have to understand, that the FMJ has bad penetration, so if you fight somebody who went with (not shit) armor into Factory you only going to kill them with a headshoot.
So you are looking for fights vs other naked people.

honestly, I think you should focus on other quests, the reload strategy is only for people who really want to force the quest. If you constantly play bolt action you will get it anyway, no need to make your life missarble. And if you don't like playing snipers, just skip this quest line.

Basically, Tarkov has 3 fundamentals.

1. Navigating the map and extracting.
2. Fighting.
3. Looting.
   If you are new the most important step is to learn 1, there is no point in trying focus on 2 or 3, if you can't do 1.
   Your goal should be to spawn and navigate to an extract. If you manage to do that you are already winning.
   To help with that you should open a map for the map you are running on your second monitor (or phone), best are interactive maps that you can find on the tarkov wiki.
   Just walking around the map will be already very deadly as pmc, but your goal is to play pmc as often as you can.
   So you should alternate between playing scav and pmc and use the scav gear on your pmc until you can do point 1.

I recomend playing woods or/and customs as your first maps. Woods is the easiest map in the entire game, the only thing about Woods is understanding were you spawned, if you mastered that, you are on a good way to master the map.
Customs is on the other hand is a lot easier to navigate but has more narrowing's on the map, making pvp more likely (as in on customs you will probably run into more other people).

you can just run scav set a notification at the scav timer and do other stuff in the meantime then run scav again when ready

and when you get money for loadouts you start incorporating pmc runs in the mix too

and eventually you'll mostly run pmc when you figure stuff out

Depends which items, you can try some guns in offline or on normal pmc raids to get a feel of them an to know if you want to keep or save them, as for other parts of the scav loadouts it very much depends. You can always ask here if youre not sure if something is inportant and woth keeping or disposable and should be sold
