I have question. I am used to playing games like DayZ, Rust, Squad and a few others but I recently start playing tarkov and I made it to level 15 last night. My question is how or what should I be doing about movement in this game? Compared to others games the movement in this game is so loud. Everything is loud. You can’t even crouch walk really slow without sounding like a 600 pounder running through a hoarders house. So am I just suppose to just rush everything because they can hear everything anyway?

The default walk speed is actually pretty darn quiet. There's not much difference between it and the slow-walk or slow-crouch-walk.
As long as you're not sprinting, you're about as quiet as you can be.
So play with that. If people are sprinting, they won't hear you walking.
If you run into people moving fast, like you hear them sprinting, then slow down and keep it to a walk, and you can get an easy ambush.
If you think there's people moving slow, carefully listening, then being slow doesn't help at all, and you should move fast to get quick peeks and throw them off.

If you stick to the default walk speed, you can make your sound profile exactly like an AI scav would sound. Good for baiting players, and good for not drawing attention

Understandable but it just seems like the game forces you to be quick and the game doesn’t have that sneaky playstyle in it of being stealthy. I understand walking noise and all that but man I can’t be the only one that thinks every sound in the game is a bit loud and for newer players especially from myself and what I have seen. I can go into a raid find a good spot in the map ( not a extraction ) and just listen because I can hear every move players make when they start getting closer. Run, stim, walk, open door, pulling pin on nade or even lacing your boots lol

Yea the audio is probably the longest standing complaint in the game, it gets fiddled with pretty often.
There really isn't much of an offensive stealth option in this game, other than just camping somewhere. It's pretty easy to be passively stealthy, like just avoiding everyone, especially if you know a map well. But with how much you can hear, it's pretty much impossible to sneak up on someone who is listening for you.
One of the reasons it's very fun to run into 5 man teams. They can't hear anything because all they can hear is their teammates moving around. Very easy to kill a lot of them.

Play like a guerilla. Hit hard and then disappear, go for a big flank, wait for them to be vulnerable and then hit again. Repeat.
I just don't have the reflexes to charge in everywhere and win the reaction fight

Positioning is king in Tarkov. So while you can't really go for a stealthy playstyle, you can go for a smart playstyle that's not just aggression

• Un-bind your emergency reload, it will remove the wait time that regular reload waits for input
• RMB Press ADS, RMB Release hold breath/steady aim. (Have alt as secondary press for toggling on and off) ; that way you'll always ADS with a steady hand
• Desired button Press Inspect weapon (malfunction), Same desired button release Clear malfunction ; You press down the key you want to inspect the jam until you've fully inspected the jam, then release the button to clear the jam

And can just improvise everything else

But it took me maybe a week of consistant playing to memorize the majoritt of the layout (or the general design of it) and know the 3-4 main extracts

Yeah you'd need the TapCo chassis to use mags, i would lowkey suggest using either a VPO or an AK instead of the SKS, lot easier to mod and you can get larger mags pretty easily

I would walk just after it turned from Red to Green stamina to check, it never refilled from that point until I stopped.

I looted Storage, made my way to the upper land bridge on right side, looted the stashes under the pipes, walked to RUAF wall and went up, looted the dead body in the bush, made my way over to Repair Shop after looting the duffle by WH17, and when I exited the other side of Repair Shop that's when the shots happened.

I took out two scavs at Tankers and followed that path I drew above.

I ran, stopped to refill to full, then walked until I'd get shot again.
