guys im going insane, im getting super bad fps and so much stutters. i quit the game for a while and before i quit i had the same setup and hardware, but i was getting around 80-100 fps and no stutters at all. now im getting like 50-60, with many stutters, my cpu and gpu arent being utilized past 50% and my ram isnt full. Ive tried:

• moving the game to my ssd
• increasing the paging size to double my ram
  -disable full screen optimizations.
  -ive tried using high graphic settings and low graphic settings and mixed.
  -tried mid streaming and no mid streaming.

Always remember that ammo is way more important than guns, so choose guns based on what ammo you can buy.
Early on your best options are:
UMP-45s (buy Knives at Fence and trade to Peacekeeper) with FMJ is the best option, but the most costly,

Mosin from Prapor with LPS is great if you like bolt actions,

KEDR-B with PSV or PPSH with LRNPC are both good for close-range high-damage guns you can spray legs or face with.

If you can find good 545 or 762x39 then those are also options.
