Your weapon has to jam first, then you can see the 'pistol' slot in your hotbar light up blue (I have colorblind mode on) indicating a rapid swap is available
then when you hit the #1 key it will draw your sidearm so fast your gf would be jealous
test it in hideout, get super shit durablity gun, have like over 200 rnds and a pistol in your pistol slot. fire non stop at targets until it jams then test it

It's a chart of level 4-6 armour/rigs by value, calculating the cost of buying from flea/vendor/barter (whatever is cheapest) and dividing it by the armour's effective durability. Lower values are better, meaning how much you're paying per point of effective durability. I've highlighted green my personal picks based on value and general usefulness.
For an item to appear in this spreadsheet I set prerequisites that they have to be worth it or one of the only choices in the slot, and also that they are able to be bought in the first place. Anything not purchasable or a massive rip off will not be in this list (unless someone can point out one I've missed).
Hope this helps some of the newer players out there or people who just like to get their moneys worth!

If you are talking about the altyn helmet then check weapon boxes, armor can sometimes also spawn in those but you should check out some of ragmans barters. The scopes you find are worth quite a bit depending on which one and im not sure what type of fatigue you are talking about. But if its about starvation you should check some food spawns on the map you are on or search ration supply crates
