Play as scav in it and when u have time u enter as offline raid and learn the routes, the loots and runs, once the timer is up u enter scav again, do like that until u feel comfortable with the map and know where the loot is and how to extract

when u do u will get guns by scaving when u extract and just use that as early level

Mosin has a 3x scope available but iron sights work quite well, kedr doesn't have anything, ump can have basically everything (but is the most expensive of these options), and shotgun doesn't have any I don't believe but you don't need an optic at all for it
