First, memorize where the key is. It’s room 205 of third story dorm (second floor). You can get to it by climbing through the benches into the doors and looting the jackets. It’s not a valuable key, so it should be there. You can even do it as a scav. Then the second part is just effort. Queue with friends if it helps.
