the reason it looks like there is no bullet drop at 200m with bolt guns is because the 50m zero is a near zero, meaning it crosses the line of sight at 50 in an upwards motion, moves above the line of sight, and then falls back down into your line of sight around 200m.

the max ordinate of the projectiles path happens around 130 ish meters. So at this range if you're holding top of head you can accidently put the round above the targets head.

scope height and muzzle velocity effect how far above the line of sight this effect has this pattern happens in all super sonic guns in the game.

Technically happens with all supwr sonic guns , lower velocity will be more noticeable.

With slope shooting , since your actual horizontal distance is less than your line of sight you could run into this situation more commonly , i.e at slightly """further""" distances. But we're still talking around that 130-150 meter area.

I personally zero to 100 and just deal with conventional bullet drop or zero to the nearest because of the default ammo offset , less numbers floating around in my head that way.

Mosin has rounds at level 1 prapor that can pen legit armor, the LPS Gzh. you could also try using shotguns if you can get your hands on some magnum buckshot or flechette, and shoot peoples legs or face. some smgs can be good too, if you get high flesh damage bullets and just shoot peoples legs. doesn't matter how much chad armor someones wearing, their legs arent armored

don't fuck with 71 rounds of lrnpc coming out at quite literally the third fastest firing gun in the entire game

you only need 7 shots to the leg to kill, and you're firing 1000 a minute

PPSH is a good suggestion too, especially with a drum or two

it's from world war 2, you can't modify it at all, but it shoots fast as hell and never jams. and the ability to just shoot 71 rounds at a time, for cheap, is very valuable by itself. no worries about saving ammo, just rambo everything, shoot people through doors, whatever.
