Its literally the game adds a delay to your inputs if you put reload and quick reload on the same key
as pressing R indicates you want a reload; the game does not know if you will press R quickly in the next .4s or not so it waits to begin a regular reload--anticipating a 2nd press of R for a quick reload. Put it on different keys and your regular reloads are faster, as well as your quick reloads being extra fast.

They'll look cluttered at first. Hit "Hide All" on the left-hand toolbar, then scroll down and only toggle on "Extractions" and "Locations". That'll give you a pretty good look - feel free to toggle on some loot options as you go

When you start:
Head into a practice mode on one of those maps, toggle on some AI scavs, and try to get a feel for the map, movement, gunplay, scav killing, etc.
When you're ready - try to scav into one of those maps and actually get some loot out.
Then you can take your PMC in and try to do some quests or loot or simply survive.
Good luck - you will die, try to have fun with it.

The few that I find everybody likes are:
Changing lean to Press instead of Continuous, as moving while holding a lean is a bit awkward.
Changing 'Check Ammo' to something other than Alt-T. Commonly people will have that on their mouse, or H, V, U.
Changing 'Check Time and Exits' to Press, instead of double-click. It will unbind 'Check Time', but you'll never miss it.
Changing your fix malfunction keybinds to something easier to remember than "L" for inspecting and "Shift T" for clearing. Many people use Press "L" to inspect and Release or Double-Tap "L" to fix the malfunction. Up to you, but make it simpler than it is by default.
Changing 'Discard' to something more ergonomic. Common ones are "LCtrl+Right Click", a mouse button, "H", or "U" but just make sure you know what it is, as you'll use it often.
And like he said changing the reload key, either unbinding quick reload or putting it elsewhere

Propital is a painkiller and it heals you over time
Adrenaline is the same, but its more intense healing that doesn't last as long
ETG-c is a super heal, it restores all your health in seconds. PNB is a bit cheaper and slower but same effect.
Zagustin, AHF1-M and Perfotora (blue blood) : Each stop all bleeds at once, blue blood heals you at the cost of a lot of food and water
MULE lets you carry a lot more
SJ6 lets you run for way longer
SJ12 is an emergency stim that gives food and water for 10 minutes

And you can die with an SJ12 on before 10 health.

You get 5 and you lose ~2.5 a minute, depending on skills.

So you get to 0, you use it once, you get 120scds, 10 times.

You should know, though, that money is very easy to make. If you want to guarantee profit, you can always enter the cycle of scavving and offline-PMCing while your scav is on cooldown. Scavving can only make you money, you can't lose anything. Offline is great for learning maps, cache and other loot runs, and getting good at killing scavs and scav bosses. This cycle is great to simply build up lots of money while learning
