bad answer. its because you arent aware of ur surroundings. u r most likely running straight to hot spots without any cover right in the open. Play slower, dont constantly sprint if your newer, and be careful. Pick fights. DO not just blindly run to sawmill, or dorms, etc, taek cover, gather info etc. @low cobalt

Ammo has 2 qualities that you should focus on - Damage and Penetration.
Damage is the damage done to unarmored parts of the target.
Penetration is the ability of an ammo type to get through particular tier of armor.

Both matter, and it's most important that you know what side of the spectrum your ammo leans.
So if you're using penetration forward ammo - you know you can aim for head and chest.
If you're using damage forward ammo, you should be aiming for legs, face, or other exposed areas.

yo so im lvl 16 and have no rub (60k) i spent them all on flee (about 3 to 4 mill) but i cant seem to get it back when i get up to a mil im start to die a ton and have to spent so mutch on heals + guns guess im wondering how to get more

I spawned in a raid w/ fatigue increasing as time when on within the raid, lost all my hunger within 15 minutes. I haven't played at all the past 2 days and I had full 100 energy when I went in. The speed of the fatigue increased as the raid went on, any help?
