It's hard to compare entire calibers like that, you've got to compare specific examples from both. If you look at comparable rounds for each (BT vs 56A1) You'll see that 5.45 often has less damage but more penetration. Lots of exceptions though. Too many variables to say one caliber is simply better/worse than another.

i tend to tunnel vision the quest and ignore players so i die too much

ive had great success speaking in vicinity

usually saying "please dont kill me im trying to do my noob "x" quests

just say im level 7 tryna do my jager quests

it works like 80% of the time for me so far
