Everything is used for something - because nobody but you knows where you're at in terms of quests or hideout, or what barters/crafts you're trying to save for, you have 2 options. It's otherwise impossible to know, without significant experience or asking other people every time, what you'll need anytime soon, or what sells for substantial money to other players.

Option 1) Set a particular goal - maybe two or three hideout upgrades you want and get your list of like 5-10 items together. Sell everything else. This is the most "to hell with inventory management" approach, and you'll certainly sell things that you'll need again or could have sold for more, but you'll spend much more of your time in-raid.

Option 2) Check everything using https://tarkov-market.com/ and the info it provides for quest/hideout/barter/crafting requirements and for flea prices. Then you can decide what things you'll need soon enough, and which items sell for enough, to hold onto. This is quicker in the long run and more profitable, but is tedious.

dont focus that much on scav... it's good to go as low geared pmc so you at least get some exp for lvl and skills

most importantly always wear headset and take weapon with you

paca and ratnik helm is amazing for start too

and always insure all gear untill lvl15 at least

Gotcha, then your options are very limited at the moment but should expand relatively soon, for the time being you have a couple of options, if you're tight on cash you could simply recycle your scav equipment, or buy a budget loadout, such as an sks or shotgun/the likes, look around at the low level traders and see what strikes your fancy, some basic headphones and a rig/backpack/armor is highly advisable, but not strictly necessary.

used to use afterburner, consistently read the exact same as task manager, uninstalled afterburner to save resources. Installed again now and gpu percentage is the exact same in both.
