You need to lvl up, to gain access to more scopes. The more you lvl up the more attachments you unlock… some items are quest locked which means you can only unlock it at the trader by completing a certain quest…

youre going to die a lot. if youre feeling lost, dont be afraid to do offline raids of early wipe maps: customs, woods, shoreline. then just focus on quests. if you want money, run stashes around interchange or the various camps and med camp on woods

run your scav more. id suggest just doing scavs for a day to feel out maps and aimlessly loot. itll help you learn the map and loot spawns. interchange is sweaty. if i do stash runs, i go at night and never go inside

@wraith swan a sleeper scav run i like to do to get money is here on shoreline. i circled the little village. go in if your scav has a nice backpack. hit the buildings, loot the jackets, then leave by the extract thats right next to that village. the only pmc's i run into there are those going to extract or heading to villa.

a way i learned fast after doing offline runs was just going in as a scav on factory and learning the map it’s so small it’s easy and then extracting and then using that scav kit on ur pmc in factory

offline raids will help you get a feel of scavs... getting one tapped by pmc's is just gonna be getting comfortable with what kind of playstyle you wanna play

id say get rid of cheesees and single use bandages. not all of them. also get rid of any ammo you dont use (check the wiki for the best ammo) and it looks like you got gear fear brother. USE THAT GEAR, lol. try and stack your backpacks within each other and start running the gear you got. good mid tier gear is great gear early wipe. dont be afraid to lose it

to be honest i suck at pvp so i it doesnt matter what gun i take because i kill scavs even with mosin and i wont kill pmc even with my best gun

know where to shoot. if you got bad ammo/bad gun. aim for limbs. if you get stopping power and pen aim center mass. youre not going to outright kill anything early wipe. its a battle. you have to try and take your shots and reposition

thats the nature of the game. its going to take some time learning how to use information like audio to your advantage. take your time. dont rush. the more you play the more youll know where players spawn and where the hot spots are. you can use that info to engage or avoid... or rat it up and wait for them
