Normally it is a bunch of the items needed. You can check the wiki for the normal stuff. In this case there is an event happening that makes it require the beers. They are "Provisional" Items and will possible spawn on food spawns when looking for them .

There are a few events going on that will change the game from the normal play for you. In #eft-chat you can type ??events to see what they are as they change.

The game devs say "Wipe is near" and they usually do goofy events to hype it up or test functions out

should be level 4 mechanic. if you're trying to use a good 45 acp ammo just use AP or maybe FMJ if you don't have that either

I have found personally that lighthouse killing rouges is the best spot for me
