You will need to look via the flea for the Windham (Bugged on trader)

Customs is basically where you want to start... It's where most of your starting quests are and it's the best mix of environments... Mostly mid-range, with some close and some sniping

There's wooded and urban environments

But there's no map that's considered 'easy'

However, you wont really get much PvP, and you kinda need to get into the occasional gunfight so youre learning mechanics

If you have high enough fence rep they spawn relatively frequently on your player scav

Also in the pockets of bosses and guards

I have found them in the pocket's of AI scavs but that is extremely rare

I can tell you as someone who sherpas beginners, the average i've seen among everyone I've helped was around .5-1.5KD overall between scavs and PMC's

I’d recommend you to open a reference map on your phone then load into an offline raid to learn the map with aid. Just walk through the map from left to right (or right to left, top to bottom etc.) keeping track of key features. Then try and navigate without aid to a landmark, or where you spawned after you’ve done that once or twice.
