I think you can get everything directly from traders except the muzzle. However, you can try your luck with fence, rarely he sells it. I found mine sniping fence for like 5 mins. Look for the attachment or an adapter or shotgun w/ the attachment.

Crack house or the military camp in woods. You have to check loot boxes and on the floor/tables.

I also struggled to find those, I ended up crafting them. So see if that works for you.
