If you’re dying without ever seeing them frequently, your positioning needs improvement.
If they start shooting at you and youre not near cover and ready to shoot back, you’re usually dead in that fight.

one advice would be to always move from cover to cover. never be out of cover unless you're running to the next, and choose them close to each other even if you have to detour a bit

Yea. Customs is full of angles, chokepoints, and other shit. You’ll just have to learn the map. As I said, it’s an error with positioning. It will improve with map knowledge and knowing where you need to take cover from.
