Crouch height is only used to shoot through tiny holes that are under your pmcs head, but if you want to be silent as possible you have to turn your walking speed to minimum and crouch

If you're doing it all for traders, then sell to the normal hierarchy of traders and convert to euros after. If you're including flea market, selling things for euros can save you like 7-11% on the overall cost of euros. There's an Airwingmarine video that breaks it down, though somewhat out of date most of the math still works last I checked
