Other than that sell anything you cannot buy good ammo for. To decide what is good ammo look up any ammo chart on google. For SMGs decent/good ammo has 25+ penetration, for rifles 30+.
30 penetration means itll pen level 3, 40 means itll pen level 4, etc

36 for example means it pens level 3 with ease but has a decent chance against level 4
