Check out the UMP-45. You can’t purchase it outright at level 1 traders, but you can buy black handled knives from Fence and barter trade them for the gun at about 32k total.

The FMJ rounds you’ll have access to won’t penetrate mid class armor, so you need to aim for headshots which is very manageable given the moderate fire rate and good recoil out of the box.

The bullets also deal enough damage to black a limb in 1 shot and kill outright in about 6 shots so you can kill people with leg shots as well in a pinch.

The mods you can add are a foregrip, sight, tactical device, and suppressor. The suppressor is expensive and not really an option for you right now.
