The patch was said to be in a final state and was just receiving polish, and the patch that was just announced uses the same version number, so that patch should be the wipe and content patch tomorrow. For some reason they decided it wasn't enough to increment the minor version number despite how much content we're getting, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Should be, yes. Don't know why they didn't specify like they usually do, but this obviously isn't a technical patch and we've been having pre-wipe events, so it should be the wipe patch tomorrow.
