Not necessarily. Keycards should be able to be sold on the flea for high amounts without a big fee. The keycards are very rare and it doesn’t matter weather it’s easy to make money already. Just because money is easy to make doesn’t mean certain items that are extremely rare should be that fee.

Imo the best way for that extra space in your stash is to have a stack of backpacks the size of a berkut so that you never need to worry about having at least that. The final backpack on that stack can hold it's size worth. After that the black rocks are fine for extra space storage and it would open all that other space for more cases as you unlock them.
