Added a slight correction. From my very short time with the cultist circle calculator I remember one needed a base value of 120k for the offering to land a 400k reward.

As two other people mentioned before, hipfire. I recently did the task using the foch loadout on scout. Using the Wilcox BOSS sight that also integrates a laser (alt plus right click to activate it I believe) pretty darn visible and green color too. Benelli M3S90 with flechette tears apart everything, at least in my view, and single last hero match I've done to do this task with said loadout where I racked up 24 kills.

sr-25 is a good gun, uses the 7.62x51 you got but the ammo you have is quite precious for solely raiders/pmcs in labs, all your ammo is way overpen for them and more worth for bosses. MCX for the .300 bcp fmj if you wanna try it. Rd-704 on the right for 7.62x39 is also an option
