The "Reshala's bunkhouse key" does not spawn in a fixed location; instead, you get it by killing Reshala himself, who is a boss on the Customs map. It is a drop that is unique to him, and it allows you to open a specific bunkhouse on the Customs map

Someone else said they got it elsewhere but I have only gotten it from Reshala after killing him yes

A few reasons - you might be bugged and can potentially intiate the actual start of the raid, you might be bugged and leaving can have a negative result for you (rare) - but mainly alt f4 and rebooting is far far far quicker. you can get stuck on leaving raid screen for a long time
