I would also be surprised - but they have things implemented that I also wouldn't expect. For instance when you get a 2 for 1 kill with a bullet, or toss a grenade and the shrapnel his AI/PMC - it grossly skews the rounds fired to rounds hit. That being said, their rounds fired, to rounds hit = accuracy __ % never maths correctly. So maybe they do..?

CMS is for when you get shot in a limb (Excluding head and thorax) and it gets blacked out, you can perform a surgery.
The CMS is Slightly faster If i'm not mistaken but does less Limb health return.
There's also Surv12 Kit that does that but way better, CMS is 5 uses, Surv12 is 12 uses.

And on some maps like Streets, Ground Zero, and Customs, There are specific extracts called "Flare Extracts"
You need to Go to a designated area, and shoot the flare in the air.
That allows you to extract in a small time window.
