To complete the quest you need to visit the battlefield at the start and get the ring from the dead soldier. After that you need to talk to the woman in the village first, she will tell you about the elder but before visiting the elder, visit the man beside her first to buy a sausage. After that just go to the elder and distract his dog with the sausage. The elder will ask you for a favor which is the ring. Give it to him and the second you start talking to the soldier at the gate should be the end of the quest

Na dats not the issue I've found 10+ red rebels, but once they're non-fir you lose out on like 1mil roubles PER rebel
