my guess is that is a placed item spawn for cheaters, i was told a long long time ago by a buddy that theres items in spots that you cant reach. and if you do manage to reach it, your profile gets flagged because it was put there as bait basically. and i know that on customs in 2 story there was a slick that would spawn in a room that you cant get in and youd just be able to stare it it through windows (flagged for cheats) idk tho.
