It's an issue between the Cloudflare load balancer in Australia and the Player API.
When the game client is calling the API, Cloudflare is checking it and providing a route, but that route has a node that is returning an error message in place of the expected JSON file with the players profile data.
It's impacting users on Superloop, iiNet, Telstra, Aussie Broadband and Optus - particularly those in Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia.
I've tried working with the ISP's but they're kinda dumb, which is crazy because it's impacting Battlefiend and EA Sports as well as a few streaming services as well.
There is no ETA right now as I'm struggling to push the ISP's to put me through to their operations centre to check the faulty nodes

it's an issue between the Cloudflare load balancer in Australia and the Player API.
When the game client is calling the API, Cloudflare is checking it and providing a route, but that route has a node that is returning an error message in place of the expected JSON file with the players profile data.
It's impacting users on Superloop, iiNet, Telstra, Aussie Broadband and Optus - particularly those in Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia.
I've tried working with the ISP's but they're kinda dumb, which is crazy because it's impacting Battlefiend and EA Sports as well as a few streaming services as well.
There is no ETA right now as I'm struggling to push the ISP's to put me through to their operations centre to check the faulty nodes.
