yes they carry usually 70-90% weapon durability but you will get good guns, decent ammo not top tier. and can get Armor 3-5 pending on the level of the PMC

@sick axle they will also carry healing items and grenades so if your looking for F-1 grenades or some RG grenades they will have them on hand usually 2 per pmc if they dont throw them. once in a blue moon you can snag an underslung grenade launcher on the and a VOG-25

PVP was fine before i got a 60 hour week job... combined with the wipes before 1.0... it was a dick punch constantly to grind up and keep pace.
