Presets are bugged like mod said. best thing to do is right click edit preset then add attachment one by one. If it gives the error where it saying missing vital parts remove the part u added and click assemble and then try putting it on again and the buy menu should work.

@vivid briar WEHA errors occur due to hardware instability, i would try adjusting ram as a first measure especially if youre on ryzen. 100% RAM issue for me when i used to run my 5950x and get those BSODS

was usually a timing issue more than a straight speed issue though. The subtimings on certain motherboards can be squiffy/dodgy especially if the RAM is not on the board manufacturers compatibility list.

Another way you will experience those errors is a poorly written driver, can snowball into multiple issues, youll notice glitchy audio or stuttering audio as well before she goes pop. I would recommend to set to defaults to ascertain stability issues, also use hwinfo64 in "sensors-only" mode and look all the way down the bottom it will have whea error count. Once you have that not going above 0 you know you are mostly stable in terms of OS

Hello i am requesting assistance with tarkov and my computers performance, 2 wipes ago i got the game and it was running fine not too good but playable, then i stopped playing for a bit and started again in the middle of last wipe, i saw the fps issues i had were gone and the game was running nice except for lighthouse, then this wipe i started playing again and it is absolutely horrible, i play with around 30 fps and i cant even load into lighthouse, but once i did somehow and i had 12 fps, the game is genuinely unplayable, my specs are: 1660ti intel i7 9th gen and 16gb ram, does anyone know a fix?

@vivid briar ok so to make the memory controller more stable i would recommend the following, if you can follow a guide or the manual for your motherboard set the "SOC" voltage, thats the memory controller to 1.1v from auto. The safe upper limit is 1.2 volts but 1.05-1.12 is more than safe in the long-term for the 5000 series. This will make your memory controller on the cpu play nicer if the RAM is causing the issue, there is one other thing you could try after that is to watch a video on manually setting timings and subtimings for your memory using typhoon burner and ryzen memory calculator from 1usmus, i would highly recommend watching a few youtube guides on using those 2 programs to manually set it. Basically those 2 programs used properly will show all the timings and sub timings your ram requires, setting them manually in the BIOS will work much better than using XMP/Default profile.

default xmp on a lot of ryzen motherboards wont work well if at all and make your system unstable, even with ram that is recommended for ryzen, some motherboard vendors dont have default profiles for certain ram kits

I'd also check if the infinity fabric is in a 1:2 ratio, i.e. ram is at 2400, infinity should be at 1200 (it's called fclock in many bioses), I don't think it has a huge impact on stability though, more towards performance

@vivid briar before doing the following i would recommend going into the BIOS, and either in basic or advanced mode try and find the profile section and save your current setup in one of the profiles Ok try this, go into BIOS, press f7 for advanced configuration, go to the OC on the left-hand side, in the new menu change the value in fclk to 1333 (this is exactly half of the rams rated speed, the infinity fabric is the fclk). Make sure uclk divide mode is either auto or 1:1, that makes all those ram related speeds run in sync with each other. Your motherboard does not show that RAM kit in the compatibility list which is surprising, we will come back to that at the end though. For now in the same menu set a-xmp to the profile that shows 2666mhz, that should be either profile 1 or 2. Now down the bottom as well you will see CPU NB/SoC voltage change this from auto to 1.1v or 1.100 if it has a few decimal points. After having set that press escape to go back and go into the "digiall power" menu and you should see your dram voltage in there, make sure that is set to 1.200v instead of auto (sometimes motherboards apply too much or too little to components like RAM). After having done all that press f10 which should prompt you to save and exit, your pc will power cycle to train the memory with the new settings (it goes through checks with the cpu to ensure basic stability to boot into the OS).

Earlier today I updated my nvidia graphics drivers, and since then I have gotten either a crash, a black screen forcing a restart, or a BSOD (Kernel_mode_heap_corruption) every time I load into a raid.

I have looked all over and tried everything that I know of and could find. For eft, I ran an integrity check, cleared both the logs and cache, and reinstalled the whole game. I have also reinstalled the current graphics drivers and then tried to revert to older graphics drivers. I have also ran an sfc/scannow to hopefully repair system files.

None of these have worked, and I still cannot play the game. This issue is only affecting tarkov, specifically when loading into a raid. Does anyone know what is causing this issue and possibly have any solutions?

Try deleting graphics.ini first and try again, then delete the rest if you still have the problem.

Having issues with tarkov disabling my headset so then I have to reset my mic by unplugging it or Ctrl r on discord to get my mic back to working. This only happens when I go from matching to loading loot. That’s the only time. Afterwards if I reset discord or my mic, it then works fine until the next raid. I’ve tried all the basics and it’s only with tarkov. Is there a solution?
