so sometimes when im playing the game it just is suddenly just off my screen, and off, faster than if i ALT F4ed, usually i just start it up and reconnect, but that just happened and when i tried to start the game it blue screen of deathed my computer, its fine but really concerning, if it causes a blue screen of death thats basically a 25% chance to make my computer inoperable without repair, and im not sure i can keep playing tarkov, idk does this happen to anyone else?

It should have the escapefromtarkov.exe in that folder

You move that folder to where you want the game installed and use the launcher to choose that folder and it's installed.

If it just won't update with no error, that is usually fixable by white listing on antiviruses

Some active protection might do that too

So try disabling all antivirus shields to see which one is stopping the update.

But as for error 104006 I have no clue

This may be the ISP issue regarding IPV6 only connections. You can't fix this on your end even disabling IPV6 locally. You will need to contact your ISP and ask for a prioritized IPV4 connection, also known as "dual stack" to fix this problem. Tarkov servers have this issue with pure ipv6 connections.

ok, so I have a question about XMP profiles with ram.. . .

running an i5-9400f @2.90ghz with 1660gtx, 32gigs ram, ssd holding my game and paging file...

i have ddr4 - 3000 (if using xmp-2)

i realize that this cpu only allows 2600mhz through it, but recently i have changed my timing to that of the XMP profile.

my question is, does it actually run this ram faster than the cpu will recognize?

cpu-z is only showing ddr4-2132 (1066mhz dual channel)

So im trying to see if the increase in voltage is worth it lmao.

i can see that customs gave me a 100+fps run.

because it identifies the launcher as being the relevant .exe, there's an option in the launcher that says something to the effect of "close launcher, don't minimize after opening game" which should force shadowplay to focus on the game
