Without more troubleshooting this sounds like your ISP doesn't support dual stack (IPV6 + IPV4). You could try disabling IPV6 on your network adapter but if this is ISP sided you must call them and ask for a prioritized IPV4 connection, otherwise called dual stack.

With no other causes, this is the last cause.

IPV6 is still not implemented properly, not just for Tarkov. So if your ISP didn't put you on a true IPV4, you'll have issues. I always have to play with a VPN in order to not get kicked at all. Ever since I've purchased Tarkov, I've had to play with a VPN, so try that.

That won't do anything disabling it in your adapter/Windows settings, it depends on your router/ISP setup. If you can't disable it in your router or at least change it to IPV4, it's useless to do that in Windows

Go into your registry where Tarkov is located (Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\EscapeFromTarkov) and change the InstallLocation to the folder you've created on your D drive or wherever you'd like to install it. Close the launcher, open it again, go into the launcher settings and see if you can first change it there again. If not, try to install it again and point it to that location

You may have to call them and ask about a dual stack connection because you need IPV4 support. It sounds like your ISP is only IPV6.

hmm. well you could try cinebench or superposition/heaven/valley from unigine to see if there's stuttering under high cpu/gpu loads.

Basically to identify if it's entirely a system issue that affects everything under heavier loads or just system and tarkov compatibility issue that only happens in tarkov due to some reason.

But in almost all 'serious tryhard pvp' games, everything low is a good place to start if you're looking for that fps edge.

that said, tarkov with hbao and ssr on looks quite good.

i feel like not having everything set to low and having everything set to low can make you miss out on substantial fps as all of the load is going onto your cpu and its not being shared

to some extent graphics card do preform well when theyre not at 100% load but its not always using all of the free usage on producing the most amount of frames thats why people say "all low" is a good starting point but if you want max you should tweak some settings to relieve some load off the cpu.

Hey I need help doing some trouble shooting, I used to play this game a ton 1000+ hours and I would load into any map at the same time as the other players on scav and pmc...
Now I take 10+ minutes to load into scav and pmc on any map
Only changes I have made since then is an aio for my cpu and a new gpu.
I've reinstalled the game twice each time on a different ssd. (Both ssds have plenty of space on them)

Asus z97 motherboard
32gb 1333 mhz ram
Nvidia GTX 1660 ti
i7 4770k cpu 1150 socket 8 cores
One of my ssds is samsung and the other is crucial, But like I said I tried both and it didnt work
Only issue I can think of is my cpu which I'll be upgrading along with my motherboard at the end of the month.
I'd love to play tarkov with my friend till then but not being able to load in together really ruins the fun for both of us.
If any of you have any Idea what can help please let me know.

This does not sound like a hardware issue, either your network might be a bit slow, or the tarkov servers get overpopulated and it can take a while, I'd check your network speed and please tell in what part are you loading in the most(waiting for players,loading loot, loading map etc)

I have selected servers close to me with decent ping, I'm also hardwired and the friend I am trying to play with lives in the same house as me and is hardwired aswell. He loads in just fine.
