I run EFT on a decent PC, but it keeps hard crashing and rebooting the whole system when I try to load into Lighthouse map (whole system freezes and visual artefacts seem to occur). It doesn't seem to crash on other maps, like Factory, and it certainly doesn't crash on any other game. GPU temp is within the norm during the game.
PC specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
16GB RAM (15.91)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

So, I woke up today around 1pm tried to log on to tarkov it said maximum number of attempts reached ERROR: 230. I looked it up said i need 2FA and to reset my password, did all that and waited the HOUR for the cooldown on passwords. Mines the same way it’s a memory leak overflow it will just lock it up and sometimes just freeze but my fix was use a standby memory clearing tool every 10 min if I’m idle so it doesn’t fill up to crash the whole thing

So i'm having an issue with frequent crashes in game, generally on woods or Interchange. I've checked all fixes and settings so far, I meet all the pc requirements by a longshot and can reload a raid in 25-32 seconds that I crashed in. My current thought is that even though im using US servers, I have the Eu version of the game, could this cause my high ping? Otherwise Im guessing its internet, but even that generally runs around 15mbs

I've also checked the integrity of the games files and fullscreen optimation, along with limiting fps and lowering graphics even though I have a 3060. No luck so far, @ me or Private message me if you have any ideas, much appreciated.

i believe it doesnt go above 50%, but on another thought I had it happen on an Interchange run after just booting up Tarkov 30 mins in, thats pretty quick if it is a memory leak, however I dont know how to fix those besides resetting my game.

Can you go to Start > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

Also, if there's a lot of noise like this, low bitrate compression does improve that by smoothing it.

But viewing this live like that shouldn't be like that.

I'd reset the nvidia control panel to default, along with ingame graphics settings.

Perhaps the only thing to change after setting default is power management to max performance.

System is running stable, no OC, reinstalled (clean) Drivers, cleared cache, ran repair.

Is there any way to access Crash- or Errorlogs to get more info? Any specific place to get support on this?

Can you go to Start > type "view reliability history" and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

But his problem is that he can't play with anyone because when he gets with someone in the group he get a freeze and on his screen he sees only menu (accidentally, somehow... and he can't do anything has to close the game by task manager). Hey, so I use this program called Flawless Widescreen but games such as Elden Ring to unlock framerate and such, and even though it doesn't have support for Tarkov and probably doesn't mess with game files, it allows me to run the game upscaled with great framerates, anything I should fear when it comes to the anticheat ?

I know there's other ways to unlock framerate in Tarkov but this has also drastically increased my performance somehow, with the same graphic settings

I would not risk it. Also, without vsync the game FPS is not limited, it's an optimization issue that the FPS doesn't go above around 90 even on the best of machines on all high. I would not take a chance and risk being banned for using such software. Please wait for official DLSS support that is coming soon.

Is this crashing only on one map or all and what are you doing when you crash? Also, can you check to see if your ram is filling up or the cached ram is going up too high (during gameplay)?

The Nvidia crash is related to the graphics driver but icue is something else. I assume the medal module is also an nvidia dll

I'd reinstall the graphics driver with a clean install in the custom option first.
