Support can't give out an email for any reason. You will need to find the email that is used for the game. Sometimes an email can say it doesn't exist when it does, so I'd suggest contacting support at [e-mail] about that email with the xsolla receipt in it.

Go into hideout, go into first person by pressing "enter", then tab to open inventory. Put the scav boxes you want to save in your sorting table, press tab, then walk over to scav case and manually build it. If that doesn't work please empty each one, one by one, as it's trying to take one with items in it.

This is a known problem.

It used to take a randomly filled one, so this is a better temporary solution.

Hey! I have just had the same issue for the first time ever when trying to load into 2 raids. Basically when I ready up, my game will either crash instantly or it will begin to load for 10 seconds and then crash. A unity crash handler appears but closes within a few seconds along with the game. The only change I have made recently is installing a new Antivirus, but I have added tarkov to the exclusions and it didnt work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Restart the game. Go into hideout, go into first person by pressing "enter", then tab to open inventory. Put the scav boxes you want to save in your sorting table, press tab, then walk over to scav case and manually build it. If that doesn't work please empty each one, one by one, as it's trying to take one with items in it.
