You are not the only person to have this, you need to contact support. However the support response is two weeks minimum. Resetting your profile is a known way to fix this. Check with others before you do that though in case there is a new way to fix it that I don't know about

my settings havent changed since this happened. Tried messing with phys cores, and auto ram cleaner, no difference. Changed other settings from high to low, nothing. Already reinstalled game, disabled antivirus, task manager, closed everything in the background. This happened just out of the blue when nothing has changed. Every other game is running totally fine

Guys, I've got a problem with my game GPU and CPU optimisation. The game runs poorly on most maps 52-62fps and the gpu and cpu are running at 30-50% and 50celsius. Im using a 1070 and I've got a friend running 3080 that has the same issue, hes running the game with about 10 fps more than me and 20-40% utilisation.
