Try turning of Geforce experience overlay if you have it. That can cause a lot of stress to your game. Geforce overlay takes all priority when playing big games. when i play flight sim. if i turn it on, my game crashes. so maybe its the same case for tarkov.

Also, dont use post FX. and keep all your graphic setting low.

try at the lowest settings. then gradually turn it up and up until the point it breaks. then you know your limits. i advise doing many offline raids to figure out the best graphical settings. i also advise you do it on woods. and use a scope to scope far away. woods is the laggiest map.

I don't think that BSG has answered the specific question on how they deal with server overload whether its how the game is coded, answering high volume of requests to the server vs other online games that have less requests or if it's an issue with server management. But it does only last about two weeks

One server can cost anywhere between $100-$1000 ( i dont really know BSG's infrastructure so idk) but the point is, that is a HUGE investment, and regardless if they were to go out and buy all those servers, it takkes time to set them up

When constructing the scav case I get an error about moving items after 45 secs or moving one in stash and it sends me to menu, scav case won't have a timer or anything and after I raid or reset its reset with me being able to construct again :(

I waited nearly 2 hours in queue, just to do 1 raid of 10 minutes and afterwards the menu lagged and not even waiting 10 minutes fixed it. Have to restart the game now and wait 1 hour again.
This is bullshit, at least make sure we wont lag out in the menu and have to restart game to fix it, to then wait for the queue again.
Make it at least possible to restart game and bypass queue to fix errors. Ridiculous.
