Common issue, if it repeats try closing game, clear cache in launcher and restart game. If that doesn't work, try other maps and see if it's only that one that is affected. If it's multiple maps affected, submit a bug report.

Did you get a run through?

You need to be in the raid for 7 minutes (except factory, which I think is 4) or get about 200 xp to get a survived status to get found in raid items.

Friend is having a problem upgrading his tarkov account and getting a 404 error when paying? Is this a known thing atm?

is anyone else having an issue where their guns overheat instantly? Every gun, every ammo type, every map, every raid, I only have to shoot a single bullet out of any gun before the barrel is glowing red, and am almost never able to get through an entire mag without a jam, even with brand new weapons purchased directly before the raid, and it's starting the make the game completely unplayable. I'm literally the only person I've seen or heard about that's been having this issue and there are 6+ other people that I play the game with

here's a video example of this happening, the first jam that occurs is the first time I had ever fired that gun in a raid as it was at 100/100 durability and had been purchased immediately before the raid and it was still able to fire maybe 5 or 6 bullets before jamming (and you can see the barrel glowing red)
the second jam that occurs is at the end of that same raid (second time ever firing the gun) and once again the barrel is red hot instantly - at the end I show the gun's stats so you can see it is still at almost 100 durability

Can you go to "view reliability history" in windows and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

This could be many things, but I'd try reinstalling the graphics driver with a clean install (important) in the custom install option, disabling antivirus (or white listing the game and launcher folders) and also windows defender, update audio drivers from your motherboard website, update bios on motherboard (if you feel comfortable doing that), running a memory diagnostic in windows.

And checking integrity of game files.

@pastel coral if you are having ram issues try removing hte ram and moving it from a1 to b1 and b1 to a1. or unles you only have two ram slots just swap ram places. xmp shouldNT have an effect on the game however gpu over clocks seem to be an issue. dont change ram timing by ur self just enable xmp and be done with. also see if you have any windows updates and make sure yur drivers for gpu are up to date

i would reccomend trying the swapping ram slots first and going into an offline and putting max scavs and what ever difficulty. this should push everything more than an online would. if it can handle a offline with max scavs then you should be fine on an online

These are the files & locations you want to delete, you should be able to do a fresh reinstallation afterwards, though before reinstalling I would run CCleaner to make sure there's no temp files or anything leftover in the registry or anything like that.

^ I would avoid deleting the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Battlestate Games\EscapeFromTarkov key though unless you know what you're doing, let CCleaner's registry cleaner do that for you.

I went to the woods map to do a quest , I unloaded my loot in my stash in the game menu a vest inside the backpack inside the vest I left 1 of my doc case containing keys from the reserve and the ultra intercheang keys , completed the mission in woods and died soon after , when I went back to the menu , it started to rollback like I was with the items I died in the raid in woods , when I messed with some item , I got an error and crashed the game without stopping , until my backpack had the vest . inside and the doc case just disappeared from my stash , I know the game is in development I do not care about the backpack and the vest I was on , but what shook me was the doc case containing the keys , some rare keys the 3 marqueds rom from the reserve some of the mison keys from the reserve the key from the ultra , i decided to leave it to log in only today to see if i had fixed the problem and nothing , i saw that there is a way to recover the loog through the launcher of the game , i hope you can do something respect her to , I was very discouraged !

My items disappeared out of nowhere, backpack with vest 6 inside, I don't care, what hurts me was also the doc case of keys from the reserve that was inside and the key from the ultra that I didn't even use.
