I emailed bsg support on the 12th december and then again on the 15th with more proof of identity (passport/bank account etc.) hoping to change my email address as it asked for confirmation when i downloaded the patch and that old email was deleted (i finished university)

They still havent sent an email replying, not even a message to say they got it and will look into it…. How quick in general is bsg support to reply to emails? It feels like everyone is so far in the patch and i just wanna play… I’d really like to not lose a £120 game over an email change that most companys allow you to do on the website :(
