If you fail the captchas too much there's a 1 hour suspension that may get longer if you get suspended again.

I really, really need help. I've reinstalled the launcher and game and can't get into a raid for the life of me this wipe. The match times are atrocious and every time I SOMEHOW, by SHEER LUCK manage to actually get a raid, I get DC'd for 100 different reasons, notably the ~1600 ping displayed up at the top right. Another notable issue is that a lot of the servers I use in the server list are randomly timing out and then coming back on moments later as I watch it. I legitimately CAN'T play the game.

Can you go to "view reliability history" in windows and see if there's any error entries for when you crash? Look at the details and look for the fault module name for a clue to what's causing it.

You could check file integrity of the game files.

And make sure your RAM is not filling up and crashing.

That is possible with a memory leak.

You may need to contact your ISP and have them set a prioritized IPV4 connection to you as the Tarkov servers don't like IPV6 that much, if your ISP is pure IPV6

You should try a full reinstall of the game and a clean install of your graphics driver in a custom install.

Yea that means its not a network issue. Means your computer is having trouble running the game. Try out different settings on graphics and see if it fixes itself.

Honestly if you have really good internet, my suggestion is almost always to reinstall the game because it fixes issues really fast without having to debug them much.
